1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 7 to 20 working days within United States. For international orders, transit will take an additional 7 to 30 working days.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days (United States) and 30 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defective, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
